Frederic Tandy

Frederic has been part of the food industry for over 20 years. He trained as a chef in France and developed his passion for food and wine. Frederic moved to Canada in 2002 and worked as a chef in various restaurants and resorts throughout the country. In 2010, he opened his own business, Ratinaud, which specializes in cheese and artisanal charcuterie.
